She sat up and wiped the sleep from her eyes and then a huge pain spiked into her head and she clasped it between her hands and let out a grunt. She got out of bed to take a shower, her head still pounding. "Oh god" she whispered to herself, letting the warm water wash over her; she grabbed the shampoo and massaged it into her hair.
